Tool Repair Information CH38

The STINGER CH38 is a non-warranty item. National Nail Corp.’s (National Nail) Repair Program indicates that any STINGER CH38 tool a customer and/or dealer sends to the address below will be repaired, rebuilt, refurbished or replaced at National Nail’s discretion for a cost of $18.00 per tool. This cost includes parts, labor and return shipping (customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the tool to National Nail). National Nail reserves the right to waive the $18.00 repair fee on tools that have been recently purchased/like new condition and/or out of box failure, and that are accompanied by an end-user’s proof of purchase.
